Define the finished piece.
We coordinate setting and finishing with suitable partners. Metal specifications, construction, sampling needs, production scope, costs and timing must be agreed before work begins. This does not imply an entirely in-house workshop.

Confirm before delivery.
Agree the inspection scope for the stones or finished piece, payment terms, shipping arrangements and applicable return terms before purchase. A design brief is an enquiry, not an order.

Can I enquire before every detail is decided?
Yes. Start with the intended piece, a color reference, approximate dimensions, quantity and a target budget. Mark anything undecided so it can be discussed during sourcing.
Are the birthstone images stones currently in stock?
No. They are editorial illustrations for exploring color and design direction. Actual options need their own photographs, measurements, natural or lab-grown identity, treatment disclosures and available documentation before you decide.
Can I request matched stones or a repeat design?
Include the quantity, target dimensions and acceptable variation in color and cut. Matching and repeat availability are assessed against the options found; they are not guaranteed by an inspiration image.
Does sending a brief commit me to an order?
No. A brief is an enquiry. Review the proposed options and agree the quotation, documentation, inspection scope, payment, delivery and applicable return terms before any purchase. Online checkout is not yet open.
Why give dimensions as well as carat weight?
Carat describes weight, not the complete outline or setting fit. Include length × width × depth in millimeters where available, the intended setting and any acceptable variation. A nominal size alone does not establish fit.
Are calibrated stones and matched pairs the same thing?
No. A calibrated request concerns target dimensions. Matching also concerns how stones look together: color, cut, proportions and face-up appearance. For earrings or repeated designs, state the quantity and what variation is acceptable. Exact matching and repeat supply are not guaranteed.
Can I request a custom shape or cut?
Include the outline, dimensions or a reference in your brief. Any cutting requirements, feasibility, cost and timing must be checked before an option can be offered. This enquiry does not imply an in-house cutting service.
What should I review before accepting an option?
Ask for the actual stone's images or video, full measurements, natural or lab-grown identity, disclosed treatments and available report details. Agree the quotation, inspection scope, delivery arrangements and applicable terms. Not every stone comes with a laboratory report.
Can you help with setting and finished jewelry as well as stones?
Yes, we can review a brief for stone sourcing, setting and finishing coordination through Shenzhen partners. Tell us the intended jewelry, metal, dimensions, quantity and budget. Feasibility, sampling, production responsibility, inspection scope and quotation are agreed individually; this is not a promise of in-house manufacture or ready stock.
